• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi everyone. I'm hesitant to post this since it may be a simple fix that I'm overlooking...but here goes nothing. My phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+) has no issues connecting to the Telly (SXP) via BT, but the audio isn't the best, just like any other car. In other cars, I've had better audio when my phone is connected to the car and running to Android Auto (AA). However, in the Telly, my calls are all being dropped the moment they initiate :( My hope is this is a simple user error or setting so that I can accept my shame, fix it myself, and carry on.

I will add that even though my Telly is only a week old, it came with the old software (can't do split screen).

Bonus Question: Unrelated, but I've also noticed that all my AA apps don't load in the Telly. They show up just fine in my VW GTI, but when I plug into the Telly, apps like Spotify and Audible don't appear.
