  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I purchased an EX WG this past Friday after having a deposit down since August. Was told they’d ship it on Friday or Saturday, but never heard back. When I reached out I was told it was scheduled for Monday. Reached out again today near the EOD and it still hasn’t been shipped. Told it would get sent out in the next day or two. Is this normal? I feel like I’m getting the run around. Don’t know why it hasn’t been shipped out yet.
