• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My rear pads are down to 1 - 2 mm and looking at pads + rotors. Front OK for now.

For Kia OEM parts what am I looking at in terms of parts + labour cost in Toronto area?

If you have U.S. costs, that would be good, I'll just do the $$ translation to give me a ballpark cost.

I was quoted $350 by my mechanic as a side job. Includes parts.

It’s approximately 1-2 hours of labor and most shops are around 100/hour, dealers are more. The cost of parts is likely 200-300 but haven’t priced out.

Brakes at 38,000 miles? My Durango has almost twice that many and the brakes still look great and I live in the mountains. Hopefully you are a mail carrier or an Uber driver.

Brakes at this mileage isn't unusual for me. I would say not needing any brake work going on 80K would be the unusual part!
