• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Started around 19K, Telly is totally stock (no accidents) and just had it replaced under warrently at 21k. I started noticing increased rear harshness and rough ride. Head toss was dramatic and the vehicle was producing "diagnol pitch" behavior during medium to large events on the road. Dealer was great to work with (Shout out to the Service manager Mike) I had the bad shock in my hand at the dealer and it was incompressable at vehicle orientation and upside down, no leakage, and no visible signs of issue. Anyone run into this?

Search the forum. There's more info here than you could have dreamed of.

Enjoy the ride new shock

Now I am wondering the ride on my Telluride. Have noticed I feel some harsh bumps on the road. Tires are inflated to the correct psi and I am on 20 inch wheels / stock tires. Not sure if that makes a difference. Car has about 35,000 miles. How long is the suspension or shocks good till?

Would vary based on vehicles and usage but ultimately covered within any OE's warranty. Ride does degrade over time especially as tires get older. You would need access to a shock dyno to really tell if forces are within tolerances. Droping tire pressures helps also.
