Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... That is one of the recall in KT now, im waiting my schedule to them for my rain guard and side steps installation and my dealer told me they will check it that one as well in my car if need to replace, better to go to your dealer coz its part of the warranty
This has happened to me on my 2020Telluride EX my hooks fell out 2 times, the first time I found one under the back seat , the second time I could not fine the hook. I went to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and was told the hooks were $34.24 each. I thought this would be covered under the factory warranty, I was told it was not.
