• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Retrofit EX with SX LED headlights

I had to refinish my LED headlights as they has scratches on them. They have been in the vehicle for about 2 weeks now and work perfectly with the harnesses I made. I won’t be able to make any more harnesses at this time. I will be changing jobs in July and may have more time then, if anyone is interested.

I bought it off of ebay, the ones in your last post. Still waiting on the other headlight which should be here tomorrow.
How are the headlights ? Did they still working properly i just bought them waiting for them

Yes they are still working! Only issue I had was one of the wires started to come loose (lights are still working), I messaged the person who made them and he is sending me a updated version of it. The ones I had were not really flexible which is why the wire came out.

It’s probably a good idea to make the harnesses with silicone insulated wires, if you are making them. I made mine that way and they are working well.

After the installation this the low beam and high beam is this high beam normal? or there is something wrong?
i don't know what the light work in this one

Normal light function is that both low beams stay on when the high beam is activated.

Video looks normal to me. There are two low beams in the halo DRL, Low and Sub Low. The high beam bulb is below the DRL for the LED style headlamp. Looks like the person in the driver seat was toggling the high beam on and off. If you press the high beam stalk forward, it should remain on.

Is there any way I can adjust the high beam alone
Every time i tried to lift up the high beam they both low beam and high beam go up

Because the high beam lower than the low beam

Unfortunately there does not seem to be any independent level adjustment for the high beam alone. Because the high beam bulb sits so low and the beam cutoff is relatively low, there have been other owners on this forum who have reported issues getting enough illumination on backroads and hilly roads at night.

I found how to adjust the high beam only
Just disconnect the gears

Did you happen to take a before and after pic for the high beam pattern? How high were you able to get it to go? You might need to park about 25+ feet away from the wall to see the separation between low and high.

You are right you need 20-40 feet away

My video is to just show how to adjust it
You can adjust it very high but it will be useless i just make it a little higher than the low beam because it's a reflector so just move it up a little higher than the low beam

I’m interested in giving that a try. Maybe after a few more people are able to get it to work first.

It would also be interesting to see if it’s possible to spread the high beams so they are more wide too.

Some mockups below.
