• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... It’s summer road trip time and we just took her from the Bay Area to Northern Idaho! I didn’t think I could love her more, but she continues to impress me. The ride was so enjoyable and comfortable. I think I used every mode. The kids love sport mode 😂 Have you taken yours on a road trip?

Road tripping now… also impressed. Will post final thoughts at the end of the week.

So far blowing the mpg rating out of the water in a good way…

We have been on two road trips so far. 3000 miles to NC and back and then 2000 round trip to the Bay Area from New Mexico. We depart tomorrow for 5000 miles to and from Martha's Vineyard. The car is so enjoyable - very comfortable ride, great power when needed, super visibility and it almost drives itself.

Can't wait to plan the next one.

Returned last week from a 1,600 mile road trip from Missouri to Texas and back. Got 26.1 mpg. Very smooth and enjoyable. Will be driving from Missouri to Washington next month. Many of the interstate stretches in South Dakota and Montana will have a 80 mph posting. Should be cruising at 83-85 mph in those locations. Should be fun.

Drove from NY to Nashville and back about a month ago, ended up being about 2000 miles round trip including 13 straight hours on the drive back. Definitely the easiest 13 hours I've ever spent driving, so comfortable and uneventful. Averaged between 25 and 26 mpg for the trip

We’ve taken our SXP on many road trips in the last two years. While the Telly is certainly not in the realm of a Mercedes GLS or S Class or a BMW X7 or 7 Series, when it comes to comfort and quiet - she punches above her grade for the $48,000+ MSRP price tag she came with. A fairly pleasant experience.
