Shopping for a 2025 SX Prestige XPro: How to navigate inventory?

Hello all! New member shopping for a 2025 Jungle Green SX XPro. I’m finding local shops to have enough limited inventory close to what I want. What methods have you all used to have your specific desires filled? Order? Dealer trades? Ask my local dealer to find? Expand search? Located in MN. I’ve purchased new before but never had this issue. Any insight would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forum.
Not sure where you're located, around here, ( N.J. ), there are very few SX Prestige X-Pros in inventory.
If I found one, it had options I didn't want / not willing to pay for.
I haven't bought off a lot since 1989, the only sure way to get EXACTLY what you want is to order one.
Here again, out of ( 7 ) dealers I contacted, ( 2 ) told me " you cant order ", which is BS.
The 24 I ordered took 67 days to show up.
The 25 I ordered took 72 days to show up..............................if you're going to order, I wouldn't wait too long..

Use the inventory tool on kia.com. Enter your Zip and then choose your filters. One is 250+ miles away. You should see who has what...

I'd do a search for new vehicles within 250-500 miles, you will find something. Tried to post a link to a green SXP XP but it thought it was spam. Look at Stokes Kia Goose Creek SC.

I don't believe that everything that is in stock at dealers is truly online for consumer searches. I could not find the specific vehicle I wanted when searching online (I was looking in a 250 miles radius). I went into a local dealer and told them I wanted to order it, so that I got what I wanted. The service manager at the dealer that night, went into his system and found the exact car that I wanted at two different dealers in my area. It turned out the one was on their lot, but had been removed from their site due to an engine recall. Another dealer that was about 70 miles away also had the same vehicle, it was built after the recall period and my dealer went and picked it up from them and had it for me the next day. I also saw something similar when they started shipping the new 2025 Tellurides. Even though dealers had them on their lots, they weren't putting them online as they worked to sell of the 2024's that were also on the lot.
