Sounds of Nature and Horn

I am enjoying my 2021 Telluride immensely except for two things maybe someone can help me with. When I lock my doors with the fob, I always had a horn beep with all my other Kia's. I, like others, use it also to sometimes find my car in a parking lot. Is this normal on the Telluride?
I would also like to know how to make sure Sounds of Nature does not come on everytime I turn my car on. I find it annoying as heck.

There are no settings to enable horn sound when locking.

The sounds of nature unfortunately will come on first when you have Media selected as a sound source (ie music over bluetooth). If you plug your phone in to use music from AA or CP you can avoid it this way. Or buy a wireless AA or CP adapter.

No option for the horn.

As for the Sounds of Nature. You can disable playing when you press MODE on the steering wheel.
On the main screen go to Settings / Button / MODE button (Steering wheel)

Untick Sounds of nature and any other media that you don't want.

Can you help me understand how to resolve this? My sounds of nature now starts when the car does. I’m not sure what setting I changed for this to happen, I’ve gone through the options a few times since but not finding anything. I don’t have anything ticked in the Mode button options, either. Thanks.

The Media audio source will default to Sounds of Nature if your phone is not currently playing audio and connected to bluetooth. If you play audio on your phone first, then start the car it should go straight to bluetooth audio.

Alternatively, leave the car on radio source until your phone is playing bluetooth audio, then switch. Or use carplay or android to use phone projection audio and avoid Media source all together.
