• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Curious if anyone had bought and EX and upgraded the sound aftermarket.....I am taking delivery of a 2020 EX (used for sure) in a few days

I am having a coffee waiting to pickup my 2021 EX/P from the Audio installer next door. Having a complete redo of the stereo other than the head unit. Installing new Focal door speakers, db Audio amp, Audison Bit 10 processor and a db Audio sup under the back deck. (Hidden). I hope I am impressed with difference.

Nice!! Should be a great sound upgrade. Definitely show some pics on here of what the sub looks like tucked in the rear floor cubby. Any worries about the sub or amp getting too hot in there?

Bass-10
Mid- 3
Treble- 10

Sounds fantastic. One of the best factory stereos I've had. Probably better than Bose I've had in GM vehicles. Definitely louder... The Telluride handles the bass well at high volumes.

Just the sub is under the back deck. Amp and Bit 10 under the passenger seat. Still waiting, second cup of 20oz coffee. I am bouncing off the walls.

2 cups coffee, new loud bass pumping stereo, and sport mode on way home = 🚓 😂

Sub... under back deck, the bit10 and amp are under the front passenger seat...

I used the front stage from the head unit like you would normally do, but I was running into weird differences in the eq form left to right. I thought is was a problem with the amp or bit ten. After hours go trying to find the issue I decided to use the rear channel from the head unit to drive the outboard gear and that cleared up the issue. Could be a global issue with the head unit or just mine but it took many hours more than needed to figure that out... I had to add a center speaker in the dash so I could get phone and nav audio and I also lost the talk back to the rear seat, but that was no problem for me I don't have kids... How that I am writing this, one thing I did not test was the wiring harness I purchased that goes from the head to bit ten... I guess I will order a new one and rewire the correct way to see if that clears it up....

I used Focal mid speakers and tweeters in the front doors, I have used them in other cars and at home and I think they make great great speakers!

I just added new rims today so that it looks a little different than the others near me...
