The word Telluride is NOT trademarked and there is nothing in the design that would be considered a trademark violation. It's just the front end of a vehicle and there is no trademark on that...just their logo which is not in the design. Should not be an issue (I was a trademark specialist with the gov't).

He will (or at least he used to) send you the designs but you have to find someone that can make them.

I find this thread very interesting, I actually own a clothing boutique and we are set up to do screen printing, heat pressing, embroidery, and dye sublimation! We do a lot of custom printing for school teams, local organizations, and even started doing our own line of t-shirts. We’re always looking to expand into different groups! Plus, we can print on mugs, pillows, coasters, shirts, hoodies, and even ball caps. If there’s actually an interest in someone putting these designs into production I could reach out to the original poster and see if he’s still wanting to pursue it. Maybe we can even add to the design lineup with our own styles?

I think there would be lots of interest. I actually showed this to my wife and she said something like this could be done on a cricut machine? Not sure how all that works??????

They could be done a few different ways, but Cricut does have some machines that would work. Could either be heat pressed in shirt vinyl or dye sublimation transfer. It depends on the design colors and what shirt color they’re going onto as each material has its limitations and works a certain way. I have two sublimation printers, a commercial sized vinyl cutting machine, three heat presses, a mug and hat press, screen print press, and a commercial 10 needle embroidery machine at my disposal haha. We’re always looking for new products and creations! We’ve been doing tv shows as well, so we might as well branch into Tellurides haha

My suggestion would be to make a few and see what the response would be. I would be interested.
