I ordered a Telluride 2022 S Model with a factory installed tow hitch. I was told by my dealer that Kia stopped installing tow hitches recently on the S since apparently the car I ordered has arrived without one. I am questioning if that is really the car I ordered and Kia won't install a tow hitch on the S model??

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. If you were able to order it with one, that's the way it should come. And if it is not as you ordered, you should be notified. On the positive side, you can save money and some potential issues ordering and putting on yourself if your handy. If you don't want to deal with this and just wanted it on when it arrived, I can understand your frustration. Unfortunately there are so many excuses floating around these last few years on why you can't get what you want, I don't know where to start!
