Towing package preventing order placement for 2023 vehicle

Good time of day,
I have been talking to a dealer for 3+ months now trying to place an order for 2023 SX with towing package. They are telling me that I cannot place an order as towing hitch is on constraint and he cannot place my order. Are you guys seeing the same, am I correct to assume that nobody can buy a 2023 Telluride with a hitch currently?

that is true. i would just order without a hitch and then put an after market one.

Does factory towing package have additional cooling?

the increase in towing from the additional cooling is part of the x-pro package. the only thing that is not available is the wiring harness to hook up the breaks and lights.
