I received a Hail Event Service Extension (24 month service) per email recently about a month after I bought the car. I’d like to know if that means my car was one of the ones that got damaged & fixed.

hmmm, if you received this than it is quite possible. Check your paperwork if you were given the 2k rebate off the price of the car. Either way you can call the corporate line if the dealer is nonresponsive. They should be able to pull up VIN to inform you if it was an affected unit.
