Wait, so there isn’t a EX AWD with bench seating now? Are all the XLine AWD (both EX and SX versions) only offered captains chairs? This sucks. I dont want FWD just because I need bench seating. This configuration change sucks. Just offer bench seating or captains seats, with any trim.

There is going to be a regular, non-X-Line EX AWD with a bench. Same with the LX and S, they’ll have AWD options as well. The baseline AWD model is not going to be a $45,000+ X-Line EX.

As of today with latest info we can see on our side the EX Bench is highest level that offer bench seat just like the 2020-2022 models

It appears that XLine is the new Nightfall and only blacked out cosmetics. Not sure if that’s only exterior aesthetics or interior aesthetics?

I don’t see any package with LED headlights Upgrade. Does it mean it will come standard across the trim levels?

While Kia has received numerous IIHS Safety Pick awards, they have continued received less than a Safety Pick+ from the IIHS for having below average headlights for all but the top vehicle trims, with the exception of the Kia K5 and Stinger. They were still managing to get a Safety Pick status because the SX or the EX with the Premium package rated high enough. However IIHS has changed their rules and beginning in 2023 to receive a Safety Pick ALL TRIMS of headlights must receive Acceptable or Good Headlight rating to receive the Safety Pick status.

Since Hyundai Motor Group dominates this industry award with 21 models in 2022, they are updating their headlights to maintain their status.

I think people have done black out package themselves after the fact. Not sure how much it costs to chrome delete everything and powder coat the wheels black.

Powder coat the wheels $500. Chrome delete about $370.

I think the blue is the one that doesn’t benefit from blackout. It looks like it would be worse looking. I actually love the look of my midnight lake blue XPRO as is. However, I’ve seen it on the white 23 and blackout looks great on it.
