• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just a thought I had and was wondering if it's feasible. I have a 22 S model and was thinking about upgrading the speakers which is pretty straightforward. My question is would I be able to buy the oem subwoofer and hook it up to the existing oem amp? I know the interface on the factory display wouldn't have the same settings as the SX does.

I'm trying to cut down on running gobs of wires and I want to keep the Telly the way it is. I'm not interested in having aftermarket subs and amps installed and I'm not looking to shake my neighbors house with bass....been there done that. Just looking to improve the sound a tad.

Just curious to hear everyone's opinions.

Thanks and have a good day,
Kevin

The OEM sub connects to the OEM amp ( under the front passenger seat ) that's included in the HK audio system so if you don't have the HK system there is no spot for the sub to connect.
