I appreciate that but it starts young. It's just how I'm wired. Communication is key to all of this. I'd be lying if I told you my phone is not glued to my hand. I use to be in the construction industry. Catastrophic reconstruction. You had to be accessible 24/7. It's just translated to what I do. And it's not just me. Our dealership believes in strong communication and morals. We invest heavily into tools that help us communicate with all of you.

@Jason Fox any chance you could let us know if there were any other sxp orders fulfilled after ucinn's from your dealership (any order not just from forum members) or is that information you are not allowed to share? Just curious what the current rate is to get a better idea of when I'll be getting mine.

To be honest.... I'd rather keep our orders that you all have placed confidential. You get people who come on here and say they got vehicles in ten days or whatever it is and all that does is stir the pot amongst members. If you can get them that quick... I'm happy for you. I'd like to think once you place an order with KIA of Muncie you are locked in and committed. We try to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction and we work at it everyday. I know some of you have had some terrible experiences with other dealers thus far and I'm sorry. Just know that if you place an order with us, we are doing everything we can to help move it along.

What is the process like buying and titling if out of state? I bought a car in NJ a year ago and the registration process was an absolute nightmare.

I bought out of state, no big deal really. I got a notice from the titling agency that my title was in. You may have to pay additional taxes when you pick it up depending on your states tax rate compared to the state yu bought it in. They then give you your title and then you go right next door to the BMV and get your plates. We did this all in a matter of an hour.

I have bought three vehicles out of state. Two vehicles in Illinois and one in Wisconsin. I secured financing before I went. Got the title from the dealership and brought it to the county treasurers office her in Iowa. Payed the sales tax, registered the car, got my plates and was good to go. It was a simple process.

Test drove the car and spoke with local dealer on Saturday, but they said there is absolutely no room to wiggle below MSRP and there are no additional incentives available beyond $1,000 with select financing.
