• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... WeatherTech window deflectors

Don't know it it would help - but the more of us saying they're looking for the high quality, in channel deflectors WT is known for - might help get them rolling faster...

90k potential customers...

May have helped in finally getting the K&N air filter...

Got an email back from Weathertech stating their rain guards/window deflectors are currently in the development phase of production. This may take 14-16 weeks.

You can sign up here for future updates if you'd like. New Product Updates | WeatherTech

I have put WeatherTech window deflectors on all the cars I've owned. I prefer the in channel type and hope they become available soon. I filled out the form to show interest in the product.

Agree in channel looks better over the OEM option, especially with the chrome or satin trim on the Telluride, and should last with no issues where the 3M tape can lose its holding power over time.

Here's the Canadian KIA "window visors". They look to be in channel with the window trim still visible unlike the US spec ones but can't really tell if they're stick on or not. Canadian part# S9H22AP000

Does the window visors create wind noise?

In all the vehicles I've ever been in I do not recall any noise with the windows up, no. However if the 3M adhesive tape starts to wear out they can flap in the wind so to speak. Another reason I prefer the in channel versions

I bougth this version and installed myself. Maybe a bad luck, the operator making the side visors was drunk. The visor and the frame didn't fit well and have to adapt myself in the installation. Half of the tape was only touching to the chrome frame. Another time again, don't follow the instructions, use your feelings.
NOT happy with the results.

Sorry to hear they're not that great of a product. Thanks for the feedback on them. Im still waiting for the WeatherTech ones to be produced myself.

Not WeatherTech... supposedly on their notification list when they are available...

Update: There is no update. Email response from this morning. Bummer

Good Morning,

Thank you for contacting WeatherTech.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Side Window Deflectors for the 2021 Kia Telluride. The part is still in the development stage and there is no current timetable for when it will be available for sale. I am sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions/concerns please feel free to let us know.

Have a great day.

Update:
After signing up for notifications on their site for these last year it looks like that feature doesn't work because I never heard back from Weathertech. Another member posted that the fronts were now available so I emailed them again and got this response today.

"Thank you for your interest in WeatherTech!

Unfortunately we do not currently offer the rear side window deflector for the 2021 Telluride nor do we have an eta. However, you can help make this product a priority for our product development team by submitting a product request form through our website here: http://www.weathertech.com/service/product-request-form/

Feel free to contact us at 800-441-6287 with any further questions or comments, and thank you for your interest in our product.

Have a great day!"

Feel free to sign up for the rears through that link however my experience with Weathertech suggests its probably a waste of time and the rears will be released whenever they get around to it. Odd that they only have the fronts available now.

Thanks for the update, I haven't checked the WeatherTech website in a while. Ordering the front wind deflectors now.

Yea I'm tempted too also. This offering triggers my cheap side and ocd tho! Ha
Wonder if we buy the fronts now, if they'll waive shipping on the rears when they become available. 🤔

Here's the thread @asgalang started with link

I thought the $15 shipping was a little high but ordered them anyway. Hope the rears become available soon, I always buy the full set. My OCD may kick in as well. :)

Just received and installed the new WeatherTech Kia Telluride Side Window Deflectors (In-Window Channel Rain Guards) – Front Pair Only

Easy and quick installation - less than 5 minutes per side.

They fit perfect. Can't wait for the rear window pair to be produced by WeatherTech.

Just ensure you have the front plastic guard (clear protective tape already applied) resting on the window "sill", not just over the weatherstripping. If this is installed incorrectly, it could rip your rubber weatherstripping and the window will roll up and then back down automatically as it will have resistance when it hits the new plastic window guard (see image below for proper placement - green box).
