• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Teleportation system

I believe those are the sensors to warn you if there is someone (a kid) in the back seat when you get out of car. If you lock the doors and walk away with someone in the back seat, all hell breaks loose. The horn starts beeping at you, shaming you to all those around you. Try it.

But, I do wish it was teleportation

Yep they are ultrasonic sensors to detect movement in the rear of the vehicle once secured. If you go into settings on the dash cluster you can disable the Rear Occupant Alert feature - which I ended up doing because IMO it is too sensitive.
