I wouldn't pay over $44,100 PP less all rebates. I'd limit the doc fee to $400.00 or less.

Those are very high doc fees and license/title fees. For comparison, title fee is about $150 in Texas (regulated) and dealer doc fees tend to be around $300. But, Florida does have high dealer doc fees I've seen on other deals. Do you really want to pay for AWD in Florida if it's not Prestige?

I want AWD for towing at the boat ramp. I would prefer a prestige. Totally worth the extra money but hard to find.
