• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... So I hope I don’t sound dumb but my husband and I just purchased our EX and while traveling along today thought about what happens if the battery dies and you can’t get in the car? Our Cadillac that also has push to start button has an actual key inside the fob for situations like this but the telluride key isn’t really cut and also we haven’t seen anywhere to put it if needed.. anyone know?

The instructions are in the owner's manual... see page 4-15.

As for your navigation issue, return to dealer and ensure that the firmware update has been completed. Kia released a firmware update for infotainment on EX a few months ago - maybe it didn't make it into your vehicle?
