• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What size fuses does the Telly use?

I'm trying to add a Dash Cam and I want it hard wired in. I've seen people use the Add-a-fuse connectors that allow you to pull a fuse, add in the add-a-fuse connector and wire to the wire coming from the add-a-fuse. Then the original fuse and the new fuse for the camera are plugged in to the add-a-fuse adapter. Seems to be a safe way to add a circuit without cutting the original wires.

Problem is I can't find an Add-a-fuse connector that is as small as the fuses in my Telly under the dash.

Anyone know what type of fuses those are??

Thanks, that confirms what I thought. I'm not sure why the Manual can't say the type of fuse used. I guess they assume we'll all pull the bad fuse and go to the dealer.

I really need to figure out how to search this forum. I should have found that link myself.

Thanks, again.
No worries… I often miss relevant topics too.

I’ve always handled fuses at home. It sounds like those used in the Telluride are not the sizes I’m used to. I better go order a box of spare fuses just to be prepared.

Good luck with your dashcam install!

I found to my surprise that the Micro2 fuse size is even the one used in my 2014 Ram 3500. I guess it shows how well the systems are fused these days as I've never replace a fuse in the 7 years I've driven that truck. I never even looked for fuses in my 2012 Kia Sorento that I traded in on the Telly.

Hello, I've got two - one up front and one in the back. I just plugged mime into the USB ports. No fuses required.......;)
