In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. When 2021 comes out will 2021 key fob be compatible with 2020 cars?

I ask because people seem concerned about whole remote start button not being on the 2020 key fob so if 2021 gets it on the key fob will 2020 owners be able to buy a 2021 key fob and have it programmed for their car?

While strongly suspected it will be available on the 2021...it isn't yet confirmed. What else does your dealer know about the unannounced 2021 model?
