• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have a 2021 telluride and the windshield already has deep pits from driving. I do not think this is normal. I’ve owned cars before with many miles on them. I understand some pits in the windshield but this seems excessive being so new and pits are so deep!

I see your new so I will give you the thread that has 21 pages of issues and comments from posts. After reading them, you will see this is a frequent complaint. Bottom line is the windshields are poorly made.

Thank you

I just bought a 2024 Telluride EX and with less than 2,000 miles, the windshield has a 2 1/2' crack. I did not notice anything hitting it and I'm the only one who drives it. Appears to be a very small chip behind the rear view mirror. No idea how. Yeah, very disappointed!!!

Wow, so much for fixing that enduring issue 😳

So there is more than a crack, there is a chip involved. Can you tell if it looks like the crack radiates out from the chip?
How about a picture?

Not going to get any help from kia, I had woken up not even a rock to glass issue from top left corner all the eay down for my 23 telluride, I was told window issue does not include newer models being they fixed
the problem, but did say I can file claim with the BBB auto line which I'm in the process of doing, but pretty much am insurance or out of pocket issue for replacement for all models newer than 2022, good luck but I figured I would shed a little light on that one, but good luck
