Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Take your Telly to the dealer. They import the VIN and determine if the windshield /telly was manufactured within the covered time frame.
That is what I did and got a replacement windshield under warrantly. There is a warranty letter floating around. It was in the forum Ultimate windshield crack--I think

Does this mean that Kia corrected the windshield problem, or at least claimed to have corrected it, on later builds?

no. There are those with 2022's that still have the same issues.
