• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Our SX is scheduled to arrive later this week. I purchased these Smartliner mats via Amazon instead of the Smartliner website because originally their website said they were out of stock. I’m now potentially kicking myself for using a non-Prime Amazon vendor, as the driver side floor mat looks different than the one pictured. Could anyone confirm if they have these Smartliner mats & if they look like the one I received? If the ones I received will fit the Telly, that’s great. However, I’d like to know whether I have a mat that will fit properly or not. Thanks in advance!

I ordered my cargo liner from Amazon as well no issues at all 😁

I see what you mean. I ordered my Smartliners from Amazon and the look more like the Amazon picture than the ones you received. The section by the accelerator pedal goes up at an angle, rather than straight up, and it has a notch in it like the Amazon picture. It fits perfectly. Regardless of whether it was Prime or not, if you didn't get what you ordered then Amazon should be good about helping you with a return/exchange.

Great. Thank you so much for letting me know. That’s exactly what I was afraid of—since the one I received has that missing notch, it might not fit as well. I will definitely be contacting Amazon and now ordering directly through Smartliner. Thanks again!

When I buy weather tech products I always order through them. Great customer service. There are a lot of unauthorized people who sell there products and are not covered under warranty. I would just email smartliner and see in fact they are real or fake.

You won't be disappointed with the smartliners. I said I have it as my cargo liner and it's great . You can go ahead and pay more for other brands but the quality is just as good as weather Tech I believe I've had weather Tech before.
