Seems like a lot of evidence for someone to make up. I'm sure there won't be a true story until the lawyers make a statement. I work in IT and for a major company to be down this long its something big other than lost power / failed hardware. I guess we will see.

So today I tried to check where's my car to see where my wife was on her trip home from town. Got a pop up that says "we are experiencing difficulties with our systems and will be back on line soon...." Ok, fair enough, but now my wife is driving into town to babysit the granddaughter and I'm getting "Geo Fence Alerts" every few seconds on my iPhone. It's driving me crazy!

As an identity theft victim that has had to deal with this before now, for me this has never been about the usefulness or not of the app but the security of my data and the lack of transparency of KIA in letting us know what happened and how they are going to protect this info in the future.
