However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What did you pay for your KIA Telluride?

How long did they quote you? And did the tell you if you were getting a 2022 or 21?
There are no more 2021, they are only building 2022s now.

6 months, although I think he said the last one he saw was closer to 4.5, so who knows, really. He sent along a screenshot of the order as he entered - it was 2022 (they all are now). He did mention when you order, it's possible you get matched with a car that has a few extra accessories on it - once I get the final total, I can post that here. If you are willing to wait, I strongly recommend them. So frustrated with my local dealer for insisting they deserve pocketing an extra $2,000 for the 3 minutes it would take just to punch my order into a computer. For that reason, I'm glad to go 6 hours somewhere else.
You will NOT be disappointed with Lucas and it will be worth the wait. Do what I did and sock away cash every month for your down payment! You'll be surprised at all the little crap/impulse purchases you will stop making, knowing your are saving up the next 4-6 months to put that down payment down! Cut out the Starbucks, you'll save a ton. I put about 1/2 down the day I picked up my car in Muncie and kept up the good savings habits. I paid my SX-P/T off in 6 months! And paid cash for my extended warranty with Craig. I knew I would pay it off early, so I took the higher interest rate and the cash rebate Kia offered. The Muncie team rocks!

You're lucky if you find it for MSRP! Most dealers I called, charge way above MSRP, the higher the trim, the higher the increase. Kia is not giving any incentives on the Telluride, even the financing is high compare to other brands. I was just happy to find a dealer willing to charge MSRP. Good luck!
Kia of Muncie Indiana offers Costco pricing (below MSRP, a little over invoice) if you are willing to wait a few months to get it.

Did you order a EX or SX?

Wolf Gray 2021 Kia Telluride SX-P with Nightfall & Tow Package for $3k over MSRP from Garden Grove, CA.

Quite a few people here have recommended Kia of Muncie, Indiana. I finally decided to check them out and was not disappointed. They are totally legit and great to work with. I put my order in yesterday, so now the wait begins.
Same here, they were awesome to deal with. I was told 6-8 months. Will be a nice Christmas present hopefully...

Trying to sift through the good vs bad dealers and it's a struggle. Anyone know of any dealers in MI/IN/OH/IL that are not marking up the MSRP some ridiculous amount?

I'd suggest the Waukegan, IL dealership, Classic Kia. We ordered through them at MSRP. Our experience was fantastic. No BS when ordering or during purchase, and our Telluride came in quickly. Here's the email for John Plewka, he was great to work with. He gave weekly status updates and was always very responsive. jplewka@classickiaonline.com

I wasn't a fan of the communication I received from Classic Kia- I ended up ordering from Libertyville Kia and our salesperson has been little to no help. Confirmed in early may that our order will be a '21. Found out last week that it's now going to be a '22. I called him on it, saying that how could he have confirmed it was a '21 without it being accepted by Kia/in the process of being built, and he tried claiming he only confirmed it was submitted as a '21. Lame ass excuse there.

You must have had a different salesperson. John was in constant communication before and after ordering.

Kia of Muncie, Indiana is mentioned on here repeatedly. They offer below MSRP with Costco pricing. I got mine from there, with a bit of a wait, and drove it home to North Carolina.

I'm in NOVA too and heard they do MSRP. How long did they say the wait will be? How much for deposit? Are they forcing you to use their financing? And what is their doc fee? Thx

Its not possible to determine the ETA until the order is transitioned from the KDealer system to the factory KFOS system. The rough estimate based on the current production numbers is 2 - 3 months, but that is not set in stone.
No deposit.
No.
Nothing beyond submitting the order has happened so I can't quote a doc fee.
Call Matt Herman & tell him I referred you.

Need so some advice from DMV (Nova) shoppers. I got a 2022 NFE/P coming ETA on 6/24 from Salisbury Kia in Salisbury MD (ordered on 4/19). $1995 above MSP/ $1k deposit. I had been reaching out to several dealers and went with them because at the time I could not find a dealer doing MSRP. Timbrook Kia in Cumberland, MD is saying I can order with them and pay MSRP, but can't put a timeline on delivery. I can survive a couple more months waiting, but I'm wondering should I just eat paying the MSRP? I really just want to hear thoughts. I'm probably going to eat because I want the car and I excited that's it's coming so soon. But feeling some kind of way about paying over MSRP. I can afford it, but just feel like I'm throwing money away. The dealership has been straight forward and pretty great to work with otherwise.

Does anyone think I could negotiate it down a little based if I tell them what Cumberland is offering?
