Floormats for Telluride - good options?

I have a 21 with bench seat and I have been researching best mats for winters. We get a lot of snow and salt and so far all the mats I have had for my others cars had this slippage around gas pedal and even where the mats attached to the floor/ carpet. The salt water would just lead through them to the carpet.

I was thinking of WeatherTechs but I think Husky or Smart Liners give the same things for a bit less?

I like that the Smart Liners cover that little aisle and have sidewalls to contain the mess my family make. The fit is not 100% perfect everywhere, but it’s not enough for me to return. I have no experience with the other brands. HTH

I purchased smartliner floor mats, a cheaper version of weathertech. I haven’t experienced salt and snow yet but I think with the raised edges, I feel it will contain and any mess

I'm looking for all season mats myself, just went on the smart liner website and they have an option for 2022 Telluride in their drop down. I would assume (maybe incorrectly so) that's it's specifically for the 2022 and hopefully not a repurposed 2021. Curious to hear from anyone who may have bought them..

Hi all - starting research for floor mat's, will need all season that can handle weather, beach sand, dogs...

I'm leaning towards weather tech, open to smart liner and would like to hear from anyone who has either about:
1) Material type - I'm looking for rubber-like that has good traction, cannot do hard plastic or slippery. My dogs would slide all over the place (or groceries, but more importantly dogs), so I'm very particular that it has to be a rubber or rubber like that they can stand without sliding all over the back.
2) Fluid channels - I like the weather tech fluid channels on the cargo liner, they seem evenly spaced that would be easier on dogs paws or to hold thing in place while letting fluid drain through.

I know this is pretty specific, would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience with either.

Selecting 2022 on their site shows a part# of SA0417/B0447…same as Amazon.

If you are looking for “rubber like” neither weather tech or smart liner is going to work for you. Both are hard plastic and slick. We currently have the smart liner and they are great. Have had weather tech on other vehicles and the only real difference is the smart liners are a thinner version of the weather tech. Both are excellent options with smart liner being almost half the price of the other.

They will absolutely fit. I got them for a little less than $100. They go for $269 at the dealer. That’s MSRP though. You can find them for $190 or so plus shipping which is about $30-40 depending where you located.

I just received my Telluride and installed tuxmats in all three rows today. (Have an EX with a bench in second row) Really happy with the look and feel but only a day in so I can't speak to how they wear or stay clean (or not!) yet. But compared to weathertech mats and Honda OEM mats I've used in the past I feel these are a bit more upscale/polished. I'm guessing the cushioned feel is a preference thing and maybe not for everyone - and also not the most economical option, but so far I'm quite pleased. A few pics attached..

Agree with all of the above......mine are coming up on full two years and when I clean them up, they look just as good as new!

I agree with this. My only complaint with them compared to others is that they show everything. I barely drive my Telluride, have it inside a garage, and winter hasn't even started. It seems like I want to vacuum them out/wipe them down every time I drive the vehicle.

I have Weathertechs and will be putting them in soon, which I personally dread. Black all weather mats, be it rubber or plastic ALWAYS looks dirty and your car takes on a service vehicle vibe, not a refined SUV. I find the carpet liners actually stay the cleanest looking and just require a quick vacuum to look fine. The all weather mats usually need to be removed and washed with the rest of the car, and even then look ok until the next occupant comes in and steps on them. Advice from me is keep your carpeted ones for the nice weather.

I’ve been real happy with the Smartliner mats. Full coverage and a bargain at $160.
It looks like the WeatherTech has a much higher lip that could be helpful with large snow but it doesn’t look as seamless.

I bought the Smartliner last year for my Telly and they worked great for WAY less money. Have Weathertech in my BMW and really don't notice the difference. Especially for the price. Just bought another set of Smartliners yesterday for my wife's Sorento as they are by far the best bang for the buck in my opinion and held up in perfect condition in my Telly through last winter to date.
