Sorry I hate to be a pain. just a lot impatient. dealer told us 9/19. and you had estimated 9/23 a few weeks ago. just got a text from our salesman saying 10/5 now on vin 5XYP6DHC8NG209474. please tell me he is wrong! haha

question, I put a deposit down on a telluride that was supposed to arrive on 9/6 ( i had done this about two weeks before that date), then got pushed back to 9/13, and now they are saying 10/23. (I did not custom order this, it was a car that was being sent to them and I was lucky enough to call at the right time to claim it!) I have a vin # and they showed me the sticker window - just curious to see if you had any insight on why its pushed back so far? It is built correct? Thanks.

Two possible factors; it is built but has port installed options that are not available and they are waiting on them. Transport shortage has been effecting dates as well lately.

@StephenCantrelle already answered your question but I am going to supplement his answer. Since the VIN that you posted is Ohio, which is close enough to the factory to be trucked, don't look at failcat until the end of October. You will end up being disappointed. The average time it shows up in failcat is about a month before ETA. Yours might be less than that because of the vicinity of the factory.

@StephenCantrelle if the truck is delayed is there a way to get an ETA? Dealer is saying it didn’t show up on 9-20 so trying to find out when it will arrive now. The VIN again is 5XYP5DHC4NG219180
