No way to do it from the Kia Access app if that is what you are asking. Only if you have an SX with AWD or AWD/Prestige package are you able to utilize the auto heated seat/wheel function in the head unit settings.

It will also only turn on automatically if the climate setting is much higher/lower than the exterior temp. For example if it is 65 degrees out, it won’t activate the heated seats if you only set the climate controls to 70. Maybe if it was 40 degrees out it would.

There is a way. Under climate control , that will turn on the seats depending on the temperature.
