• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... New ISG auto-off module in development (no more testers needed)

I have the module, but have not yet installed. Several others have installed it and all say it functions as described.

Tried searching for the thread, But can't find it. Currently out of town, when I get home I will look further for it.

Also remember, the Palisade and the Telluride are sister vehicles with mostly the same wiring; as proven by the Shark Racing ISG module (which also controls the auto hold) & proximity module working in both vehicles.

@Tellthemride

That's what I was looking for and couldn't find... never have much luck with searching...

Thanks for the assist! 👍

Thanks for the info, everyone! One more question. Has anyone installed both the proximity sensor and the isg/auto hold modules? Just wondering if anyone knows before I spend much time trying to figure it out on my own.

5 or 6 have installed both. Prox gets installed in a different location though. And if you want/need accessorides plug&play remote start, you can piggyback prox wires to remote start wires for easier install...

Last month I purchased the AutoStop Eliminator for my Telluride.

Installed quickly and easily. Works great with no issues.

Thank you!! I just ordered one. I also found coupon code "AutoVlog" for 10% off, bringing it to $90 shipped (in US). I'm tired of ISG, frustrated with Kia's implementation, and I like the plug-and-play solution and installation video with this product (no splicing).

Also, finally a video on how to remove that trim piece. I plan to look closely at the USB wiring. Occasionally my Carplay disconnects when I close the armrest/console cover forcefully and I think something is either pinched or loose under there.

Didn't know the auto stop could be defeated. This is awesome! Gotta get this.

Update: I just installed the "autostop eliminator". At $90 it may not be the cheapest option, but the installation took about 10 minutes and there was no splicing. The installation video was great (though I did need to use a pry tool to gently unclip the trim piece). I've only tested it in the driveway, but it seems to do its job (remembers the previous ISG setting each time you start the car). Pretty sweet!

Use a code for a discount?

Yeah, I used the discount code I posted above "AutoVlog" for $10 off. No idea if it still works (found on google).
Nice. Sorry I guess I should have scrolled up a little to see you that. Just tried it and the $10 off is still working. 😎👍
