There are plenty of 4-7 adaptors around but if you have trailer brakes it’s going to be an issue and require running wires.Did you find a way to work around this? We are having the same problem...

OEM or this one? Attache-remorque 50025 de Classe 3 - SRG Attache RemorqueTrailer hitch is now available in Canada. Customer cost is $505 (Hitch only) and ive been quoted 1 and 1.5 hrs labour for the install.
Pics?I bought the OEM hitch the other day and had it installed professionally, around 500 all in.
Did you get a 7 pin wiring harness
Hey great video on YouTube! My question is will your work void the warranty? I'm having a hell of a time getting them to work with meUnfortunately it's in the manual that to tow 5000 lbs you must have a trailer brake.
Hey guys, haven't chimed in here for a few weeks, but ended up becoming a "Palisader" and purchased a Limited yesterday from the dealership. But I've been posting here quite a bit and since the cars inside are very similar, we can share info on our common goal of getting this 7-pin situation and tow hitch weight situation under control! So Palisade has tow package included in top trim, cooling transmission(something that telluride doesn’t have?) and sway control(is that just different wording for auto level suspension), they pore lack proper wiring and claim that can tow 5000lbs which is false and misleading, because you can’t tow 4000+lbs trailer SAFELY!
Got a multi meter? sounds promisingHey guys, haven't chimed in here for a few weeks, but ended up becoming a "Palisader" and purchased a Limited yesterday from the dealership. I see that there is a 12-pin connection for the factory wiring harness. Has anyone looked at the tech specs and seen if perhaps one of those wires is the speed controller and brake light needed for a true 7 pin connection? See attached picture from the Hyundai tow hitch installation guide for a shot of where it's located. I'm curious if it's as simple as tapping into those wires for a 7-pin connection.
FYI I can confirm the Hyundai Palisade manual says it's only 350lb tongue weight
PS sorry all, I love the Telluride but our Palisade is our 7th Hyundai purchase so have to please the wifeAlthough I'm loving the digital instrument cluster, I MISS MY SHIFTER!!! Not a fan of the push-by-wire system
. But we're all part of the same family guys! Lol
Paid MSRP! I received an automated email from a dealer here in NorCal that had MSRP on the email and they ended up honoring it. Showed up when the car was still going thru PDI. They ended up honoring the deal before marking it up $5K. Bay Area dealers are asking now $5-10K market adjustment. Also managed to get 1.9% 60 month financing, but was not eligible for any other rebates or offers.@mikeg112 how much markup did you pay to become this pallysayder??
Are there any specs or ratings stamped on the hitch?
