Murray kia order to delivery time

Allocated or not, If you didn’t sign and take delivery of your telluride in the first week they said they would honor msrp, you’re getting charged a 7995 markup. Basically what happened to me yesterday Greedy dealership

I’ve filed my complaint with the PA attorney general as well as the FTC.

Yeah, unfortunately I bailed. I could not wait and see if they werent going to honor previous agreements. I picked up a Grand Cherokee L limited. If not what I wanted but I ended up with 4500$ off MSRP and some other goodies. They were no nonsense. Good luck with everyone's hunt.

I hear ya. I don’t need a car at the moment so I guess I’ll be going through this process again. I hope everyone on this thread writes a google review along with a complaint to Kia and the PA AG about what raceway has done

Sorry to hear how this turned out for you. I feel your pain bc I know this could have just have easily been me as well. It's wrong what raceway is doing and I hope they get what they deserve. I hope your able to find yourself a Telluride at msrp somewhere.

Love the Cherokee, but always felt they were overpriced compared to the rest of the suv market. How’s it driving and what did you like about it?

Check with Bergey’s if you’re not in a rush.
We, unfortunately, are in need of a car and we’re only in month 6 of 6-10 ETA provided in November. The wait continues but I do not trust Cory at Raceway. It’s unfortunate and remains to be seen what resolution they’ll come back to me with. I haven’t been that angry in a very long time. Thank god my commute home is just under an hour, gave me time to cool off before I saw my family.
 
I ordered 12/6 a Wolf Grey SX Prestige with Nightfall and Towing. The order was picked up first week of April. Now I am waiting for an ETA. How long from Kia picking up the order to delivery for most??

It depends. But the average seems to be about 2 months.

Did you get a butterscotch interior by any chance?

Anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Dealers always say 2 months but if you haven’t called them you better check with them to see if it’s in.

No. I wanted the black!!! Thanks. I just heard that Murray sold and now a lot of orders were canceled. They are also no longer selling at MSRP if ordered. They are honoring the ones on order though that were not canceled.

THEY DID NOT HONOR ALL THAT WERE ORDERED. Your info is NOT correct.

Yes. I literally cancelled my order because I didn’t want to pay 7995 dollars. I was just in the dealership on Wednesday to pick up my car. They told me to pay up or get my refund back

That is correct. They stopped honoring the msrp after the first week
