• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Murray kia order to delivery time

Honestly, I'm just surprised they didn't cancel your order given that it wasn't picked up yet. I ordered the day after you and they told me I'm SOL. So I'm not quite sure what the cutoff is.
Me either. I did contact Bergeys and asked to have our name added just in case. But as of right now our order remains.

Has anyone that had their order cancelled received their refund yet?

Hello, this is Roger formally of Murray Kia. As of today I am no longer associated with Murray Kia/Raceway Kia of Conshohocken.

Thank you.
Ouch, sorry they didn't value their good employees good luck with finding another place to land.

Hey Roger,

Sorry to see you leave. Where are you going? I’m sure a lot of the members are curious.

We should all gather and share our story with the buying public in front of a place of business and crank up the social media

Doesn't matter if you were picked up or not anyone waiting is getting the short end of the stick and be prepared to pay $7995 over MSRP. The new owner Raceway is playing the game and any car ordered, on the way, or just recently picked up and recently delivered is getting the mark up. There's a saying that what goes around comes around.

I am just so confused now. Some have said they are honoring MSRP that were picked up before the dealership purchase. Roger emailed me last week confirming they are honoring MSRP. Now it appears he is no longer there. I am really prepared to take legal action, contact the attorney general, and the local news station. However, I just don’t know at this point if they are or are not going to honor the agreed upon price. What a horrible way to take over a business, and an overall clusterfuck. We should all organize and staring bombarding them with calls.

Tony, sorry that is happening to you…. As you see I have chosen to stop working there…

Sorry to hear this Roger. Sounds like Raceway Kia is just as bad with it's employees as it is with its customers.

So what's the inside scoop? My order that's coming at the end of the month will no longer be sold at MSRP? My order got picked up by KFOS in February and it's taken this long to even get here. Ridiculous..

I told the new sales manager to find a new job. Asked how he could possibly put his head on the pillow at night and fall asleep knowing he is taking advantage of people and causing grief. Pretty soon they will have to look over their shoulders because eventually they will piss off someone who will go off the deep end. As for their future in business it will probably be short lived. Going to have to offer more than free car washes and oil changes. Who would want to have their car serviced there after getting the short stick shoved up the .... People talk and the word spreads pretty quick.

For all waiting be prepared. Your worst nightmare is about to happen. The car you were waiting for will arrive with a price increase over MSRP. If you recently ordered cut your losses and get your deposit back and either find the car you want elsewhere but you need to move on... they are not playing it straight, no integrity, and frankly could care less if they just ruined your anticipation of that new car.

Wow. That's ridiculous. Is it really that hard to honor msrp for anyone who ordered when it was Murray? It makes no sense, all your doing is pissing off a bunch of people who will now trash raceway( rightfully so).

Can you care to explain what exactly happened with your order? Would they not budge at all? Did they give you deposit back atleast?

If this is true, I am not one to roll over and take this from them. We should all organize. If feel like several emails I received guaranteeing MSRP along with the non-refundable deposit could be construed as binding agreement. I think if we maybe file an injunction seeking to bar them from selling any of these that have been picked up where we had agreements via email, they may change positions. If it is not a binding agreement, then at least looks like bait and switch and we could go to the AG.

Going there tomorrow. They are happy to give your deposit back so they say if and when you get it. They would rather you cancel and then sell your car outright and make the extra mark up. I was told directly that my car which is now there will be $7995 over MSRP. Should be an interesting visit. I asked the sales manager to email his contact info. He didn't. Any employees left from Murray will soon be gone. Time to get rid of witnesses to contracts whether verbal, text, or email agreements. Glad I saved all my text messages and emails. Class action law suit maybe. Know a good lawyer or one sympathetic to the little guy getting squeezed.

Can you confirm who you spoke with? I just tried following back up with Cory and was told that every order not placed will be cancelled and that someone saying otherwise either hasn’t been contact yet or didn’t actually use Murray/Raceway.
I spoke with a person named John, sorry I didn’t see this earlier and wanted to reply.

If my order was canceled, I would certainly be rating the dealership and leaving well worded reviews on multiple platforms to give fair warning to future customers.

Hi TonyB, can you please let us know what they say about MSRP when you go today? Our car came in last Friday but my husband was away and now I'm going away this weekend so we won't be able to go to the dealer until next week. I'm scared our car won't even be there for us with all the confusion. My husband called this morning and they were very nonchalant about just coming in whenever which almost makes me more nervous.
