Murray kia order to delivery time

Any meaningful information from anyone yet ? I Still haven't received any confirmation either way .
Nothing here. Will probably reach out tomorrow if I get a chance.

I’d be interested to hear if you get picked up soon or if your order was actually picked up last week. When I spoke with their rep on Friday and asked what the cut off was they told me anyone whose order wasn’t picked up by last week was being canceled. If yours wasn’t picked up already and isn’t cancelled I will definitely being calling back.

I’ll try them again this week. We thought we would get the same message you did. As of Tuesday, our order was not picked up. We’re also starting to look for a plan b since this has been such a poor customer experience the last two weeks.

We need captain seats in the second row. I looked at the Subaru Ascent but it’s just not attractive to me. Can’t afford Tahoe/Yukon or bigger. It’s beginning to look like a minivan 😱

So I was just looking at the Murray/Raceway Kia website for the first time in a while, and I clicked the link to see new inventory. They have Tellurides showing up there now....including mine. Does that mean it has arrived at the dealer?

I have heard nothing from them.

Yeah mine is on there as well. Not really clear if that means they've arrived. Kia's website isn't helpful since they only show one at Raceway. I'll try Stephen again today and see what his system says.

Anyone else get this?

Just talked to Russell and he said they won’t hold orders any long and he has been instructed to cancel all orders from Murray that haven’t been picked up yet.
I received the same message from Russell last week. I couldn't believe they are reneging on a prior agreement. I was told it'll get my refund promptly but I have yet to see it.

I sent a complaint to Kia corporate just to claim, i doubt anything would come of it.

I'm just a bit frustrated as I was pretty close to get my order placed in KFOS.

I've been waiting to receive that message as well but it still hasn't arrived. I have no idea if my order was picked up in kfos or not yet.

I filed a complaint as well.

My issue is that they emailed me one reason that they were cancelling and then on the phone gave me a number. The reasons don’t make sense. Just say you aren’t taking orders anymore so you don’t have to be held to the promise of MSRP and sell your cars at a mark up.

I’m hoping that with multiple complaints being sent something will be done. I don’t think Kia will take fondly to companies using they name and lying to customers.
 
So I've been trying to get into contact with my sales guy. He never returned my call. I had to call this morning asking for anyone to call me about the status of my car. I finally got a call back from the sales manager. I do not remember his name and it wasn't Roger.

Car is pushed back again for delivery until end of May =(
They will honor the msrp for existing orders. (I did not ask to clarify if those are for orders that are picked up by KFOS.)

What I do not know and will have to ask the next time I talk to them:

Does Raceway Kia do Dealer add ons?

Well that is comforting to know that the Sales Manager said that. I still won't relax until I hear it for myself though.

And yeah...Stephen in the "Track My Vehicle" thread said my ETA is now May 31st.

I tried calling and the receptionist was straight rude and nasty to me. Said if I call again to find out ETA she would just refund my deposit and cancel my order. I can't even get into contact with my sales guys.

Had a similar experience. Not quite as bad as yours.

I called in today as well. Receptionist asked me if I got a call from management. I said I haven’t gotten any calls in any capacity. She transferred me to John who was apologizing for the poor communication. I said we didn’t care about this until the dealer was sold, so I didn’t expect communication until our order was picked up.

He did say they are honoring orders previously made and that it would be bad business. Perhaps I got this reply because of my clearly worded complaint to Kia America. I explained that I have no contingency plan at the moment and need to find out if our order is still valid, and if our car is in production. He will call me back, and I’ll ask about msrp then. I told home everything I know, ownership change and their approach as well as the fact that some people are having their orders cancelled and deposits refunded.

I’m at the point where maybe I do recall our order, because if it’s delayed past through the summer, that’s gonna suck pretty hard.

Maybe a minivan is my destiny….🙄

Confirmed that it is not canceled and that our vehicle will be at msrp, also confirmed it’s not in kfos yet.

Said 1-2 months to deliver after VIN is issued but also mentioned port to lot delivery isn’t going as smoothly as previously.

Said they haven’t cancelled orders unless specifically instructed to do so

Did anyone else get a call about getting their order refunded back but have not yet receive their refund?
 
So I just got an email from Roger saying my Telluride is ready for pick up, even though yesterday I was told my ETA was May 31st.

@LhTelly have you heard anything?
