We drove an S with 20” wheels and an EX with 18” wheels yesterday.

Agreed. Very disappointing to sacrifice larger/ nicer wheels when stepping up from the S trim. Don't think I've ever heard of that. Not a deal breaker for me, but probably my only real 'issue' with the exterior of my EX.

I also think it is ridiculous that you are stepping up but you can’t choose to have bucket seats in the second row.

Yup...but as an option I'd bet it would be at least $1000. Interesting though likely there will be S or even SX owners wanting to get 18" wheels...there is way more tire selection, they ride better, the extra tire sidewall is much better off road, and there is a much better selection of snow tires for 18" rims. Me I much prefer the look of 20"s

As big as the tires are, I had to look at the tire sizes to know the difference between the 18 inch and 20 inch wheels.

I'm one of them that wish you could get the 18's on the SX AWD prestige. Not a fan of 20's and even worse they are black on top of it. Not a deal breaker though.

I think you're wrong. A primary way Kia is able to offer a huge value in the Telluride is keeping its costs contained. That is done though minimum customization.

Think after market, or watch the classifieds for those who want to sell their stock wheels /tires.

Guys, there is a post on the forum to announce trades. At begging, we were talking about captain chairs vs 2nd row full 60/40, and the complexity of it, but wheels are an easy trade. It doesn’t hurt to post it there, and maybe send a tip to the forum owner if you get your trade done, lol.

Might I suggest a classified forum rather than a thread? Could include wheels, crossbars, trim etc... works well in other forums. People can swap or sell oem wheels in there.

Yes, this is an absolute certainty - but I want to present this to the community when we have more than just a discussion or two... I may even implement a classifieds system that makes buying, selling, and reviewing nice 'n easy...
