Hello, I have a 2021 GV80/Prestige. 30K miles Today I started it up & all my settings were somehow back to factory default !!!! What pain. Does anyone have a clue why this happened ? Thanks:cool:

It happened this morning on my 2024 telluride. Very annoyed as everything has to be set up again. And my navigation history is also gone.

Happened to me this AM in my 2023 Telluride. The secondary driver profile is there but the primary one is gone and the time settings have changed.

It happened to me on my 2020 SX Prestige earlier this morning. I am going to do the latest software update from the Kia website today and see if that helps as I can't change the radio stations to FM, AM, as it just stays on SiriusXM on the preview channel 1. Will let you know how it goes.

Must be a system issue. Happened to me this morning. Got a pop up mentioning something about my connected phone and resetting user profile. Then everything was wiped. I reset it all up. Then it happened again 30 minutes later.

Wonder if I should set up both profiles with the same info in case this happens again. Frustrating. But I guess this wouldn't help with losing with the navigation history.
