What did you pay for your KIA Telluride?

Contact Costco first so they can send you your quote good for 30 days. Take that to the dealership. Muncie was one of Costco best dealerships to go through. Too bad I’m a little over 10 hours away smh. Jason is awesome and well versed on this vehicle. I would recommend you talk to him.
I am about 10 hours too and I am driving to pick it up and leaving my vehicle with them! Worth the drive I refused to pay over MSRP! I searched since June was given the run around that you couldn’t order them u just had to wait till what you wanted came in . I was ready to settle for a color that was not my first choice to be told of the 7000 dollars mark up! I needed this suv by October my lease on a Kia Cadenza was ending so I extended the lease month to month and hope to have it by New Years! So happy to have found this site and Muncie!

10 hours for me to from NJ, and I’m seriously considering doing exactly the same thing. I’ve never been to Ohio or Indiana, so it could be a fun road trip. I sent Jason an inquiry email a few days ago, and he and Lucas got right back to me, with a very impressive Costco price for my exact configuration, and the MSRP numbers matched exactly, no shenanigans.

Wish all car dealers were like this.

Yup they were great working with! Very friendly and knowledgeable!I am in New Jersey also. Every dealer is marking up around here! They won’t even get my business for an oil change! Lol I ordered around September 14 th the wait is horrible!

Run from that dealer. What a crock.
I was there to check out the ride, test drove the car, very nice, finally I got the opportunity to see the black copper live, and fortunately there was another ebony black next to it. There is no much difference anyways.

I'll wave at ya as you roll through Ohio to get to Indiana :)

Nice vehicle, but that's not the SX-P you mentioned - just a SX... that's the one in black copper that they wanted 53k for? Crazy.

Or, is the first photo of the Ebony Black with Butterscotch SX and the other two the SX-P in Black Copper? Either way, their markups are incredible

That’s exactly the color and leather color I want I Nappa for the SXP. Beautiful!!

The car with the doors opened was the SX-P and that is the black copper selling for 53k that I ordered with them the first time, and that was what I test drove, took the interior picture.
The other one is just SX ebony black. Interior was black but didn't get to see the inside.

This is the interior of the Black copper. The first interior was wrong. He sent that earlier for a different trim. I took these new interiors pictures myself yesterday on SX-P

I'll be making the drive home to the Philly area whenever my car gets in. I'm not trading in though so I'll be flying out. I've driven through the area quite a few times so it'll be fun. Plus, i'm sure this is the last time I'll get to take a road trip solo without my kid talking my ears off, lol. But I'm the weirdo who likes to drive 12 hours at a time to relax! I've gone cross country twice by car and once completely alone, haha.

That’s Pretty Cool...

Beautiful brand new car that they're holding hostage for $6-7k! Frustrating when you want the same thing but know you can order it for a lot less... just have to wait.

Exactly, you know the feelings. He said he can only less 1k because I ordered it. 52k I still about 5k above MSRP. Still outrageous. Told him I wish to go home with my car but can't pay that 52k till. Waiting on Huffines side.

Please don’t pay that amount for this car. It’s wayyyyy over MSRP and if you go through Costco it will be a whole lot cheaper.

Thinking about joining the goldstar and see how I can benefit from the auto program they're offering

I spent months shopping and waiting. I live in NJ and went to DE, PA, and NJ dealers. There are no good deals off MSRP for the model I wanted because of the high demand on the SX prestige in white with gray interior.

Dealers low balled me on my Nissan Altima trade in so I decided to obtain the title and sell on my own. Some more headaches involved, but I got 2k more than the dealer offered.

I put down 1k down on that above mentioned Telluride for them to essentially hold my spot when one came in in late June. They were charging $1500 ABOVE MSRP but that’s one of best deals I could find in this area. They contacted me this past Monday and mine finally arrived. I had them pick me up and ultimately decided on a 15k/year lease for 36 months. I put $500 down and the first payment is due in 30 days. I worked out them to install towing hitch because this did not come with a towing package so it has no self leveler.

All in I’m paying $795 a month for 36 months, which is $28,600 over lease term and residual value is $26,000. Total is $54000 plus any interest rate if I refinanced after lease buyout. I decided not to buy because of the fact this is a new car and we do not know how it will good it’s value yet. I would not be surprised if they raised this MSRP on the 2021 SX by 2-3K as so many people are trying to get their hands on this still and the price point is unbelievable for all the features you get. As a competitive person and a business oriented mind, this did hurt to know I didn’t get a good deal, but I do believe it’s totally worth the cost. I have received so many compliments and people stopping me to ask about the car.

Also, I bought the K emblems on here and will be doing the rebadging and also purchased red K emblem brake caliper covers. I will post how it looks once I complete that. See photos below of current setup. It’s a really nice car and smooth to drive.

Overall, I think you get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny thus far. Stay tuned!!

FYI I’m a 33 year old male with a wife and 3.5 year old daughter, 9 month old son, and a chocolate lab dog and we can fit comfortably.

I dunno brother, but that sounds like a $10k markup to me.

It sounds high, but after tax tags and with 3.5% interest rate it makes more sense the price point. I know I didn’t get a deal, but not many of those color schemes and model with prestige out there. I was comfortable with it after the long wait—supply and demand unfortunately...
