Oh that list.. great one! Yes something seems off. I was able to find the VIN and looked up the window sticker (which dealer told me today he did not have) but still confirmed mid March delivery! Something is off for sure. I will send them the VIN and window sticker tomorrow and ask them again. Thanks!

Some dealers are shady. We test drove two different sx’s from Thomas Kia and South Lake Kia. Both are in North West Indiana. Both sales men let us drive them but said we couldn’t buy them as they were sold already, but they said we can order one for you. Didn’t order from them because of that and we didn’t want to pay 2k over msrp plus dealer add-ons. This was back in beginning of September. Hope this helps you and others. Happy New Year.

If you didn’t sign papers yet dealer still owns it. I herd on here some people getting there Telly with 15-25mi on it. Some dealers are shady and some aren’t.

I would imagine most of those miles are from KIA’s testing site? Mine had 12 miles when I took delivery.

Can’t 100% accurately help anymore.. Kia won’t let me see incoming order units accurately. So don’t want to say your car isn’t showing on its way when it could be. I had a thread dedicated to just helping people but unfortunately can no longer help. The spreadsheet is your best bet to see once your Telluride is built

From what I can see they only have one SX or SX AWD on the way. Someone asked just two or three days ago about them. They do not appear to be a higher volume dealership. It is vital to ask them how many people have orders other than you. I personally would recommend a different location. Try Houston area if you can find someone at MSRP or we have a few dealers including myself in DFW that will work.

I ordered mine from them on Aug 17. They told me it would be 3 to 4 months when I ordered. I got my VIN# right at 4 months. It should be delivered any day now.

The last ETA was for today...but it hasn't arrived yet. I called them yesterday and they confirmed the VIN that I got from the spreadsheet on this forum, but didn't give me a new ETA. I'm hoping for next week...it was manufactured on Dec 19, but I don't know how long it takes to pass inspections, and get transported. Dealer said they'd call when the truck arrives.

Stephen, what are your thoughts on Kia Moritz Alliance in FW? Are they a high volume dealer? Ordered an EX base model on 11/30.

Yes they are a high volume dealership. You will be good with them

Guess it took an email threatening to call the dealership owner to get some info. Received order # today, after a couple months of no contact. Supposed to be delivered last of Feb. Will be 5 months order to delivery time. Glad I wasn't in any real hurry.

Kia Telluride US production stats. by trim and colors

Have written a small computer application that generates valid Telluride VINs and then calls the Kia "windowsticker" URL to retrieve a windows sticker PDF file. From this PDF file I am able to retrieve all of the trim/color information for the Telluride including dealer address, exterior color...

PIO is Port installed options. aka extras that manufacture can put on.

CF is carpeted Floor Mats
CO is Cargo Cover
FA is factory allocated which means it is assigned to the dealer and will have an ETA of arrival to dealership

How do you know it was manufactured on December 19? Is that the date from the spreadsheet?

That is the date the VIN was created according to the spreadsheet. From what I can gather, the VIN isn't created until the vehicle is manufactured.
