Wrong interior color on SX fully loaded available

Went to go pickup my Telly this morning and was gray interior instead of dune brown. I'm pissed. Going to have to wait. So if you want a Moss Green ext and gray interior McGrath Kia on Dundee in Palatine Illinois get it. Fully loaded only thing it doesn't have luggage racks.

Allegedly yes. I was there in November verifying allocation and they said they weren't even taking orders.

Something isn’t right. I don’t think that was your Telluride. Did they give you your request ID number and form showing they ordered your Telluride?

Ummm....I work for a KMMG supplier. KIA has been running Tellurides and has even went up on production numbers. They scheduled specific days during Christmas shutdown and after New Year to run Tellurides only.

I work for a KMMG Tier 1 supplier. Telluride production only stopped a few days during Christmas/NewYear shutdown. They scheduled certain dates during the shutdown to run Tellurides only. Never heard of a production freeze.

I've been hearing a lot of stories like this. They tried to sell you another one that they received, Im pretty sure they get a bigger commission when isn't a custom order. I don't believe a 17 year old at a burger king can get your order right but not a huge car manufacturer.

I would confront the crap out if them and ask for some paperworks with vin's to prove this is the correct order. Write a terrible review about them.
