I ordered mine today! Ended up going with the Moss w/Dune Brown SX w/Prestige AWD, $46,215 out the door w/the following accessories at no cost: Illuminated scuff plates, all weather mats w/trunk liner, cargo net, rear bumper protection, and side steps at dealer cost. The rebates I got were the 1000 competitor and 400 military off MSRP. Not much of a discount and I shopped 8 dealers, most had the vehicle priced at an average 5k above MSRP. I did not pay tax as I'm a disable vet in GA. 1.9 @ 60. The nice thing is that the dealer is letting me drive a Sorento SX while the order comes in which is roughly 60 days away.
Congratulations - That is going to be a sweet ride, and most importantly, thank you for your service.

Wow are Kia dealers that shady. I know they were when I was back in Florida never wanted to buy from them for being such a scam. They put 7k off you go there and they start selling you some crazy excuses. I walk out of those. Bought my two cars at non negotiable dealers pay as is.
Every brand has dealerships that are this shady... Except for, maybe, Lexus...

Kia as a brand is different than other manufacturers. They are on a allocation system. The more the store sales the more they are given. This is to keep stores from saturating their inventory with units that won’t sale or go stale over time.

With that in mind I think they will be limited for next 6 months.

In my opinion the incentives will be the same for the next 4 to 5 months. Then who knows. If the demand is there, then Kia will not add additional incentive. This was seen on the Stinger and had a long track record for the Soul. I am personally amazed at not only the price point and value for dollar but also that they have incentives this early into production.
Not sure I'm following your logic....with the allocation system, the more they sell the more they get? Wouldn't that incentivize them to discount to keep their sales volume up, and have more allocated to sell?

Can anyone confirm whether a conquest incentive can be added to the posted lease incentives? Which brands are included in conquest incentives?
What is the Conquest incentive?

If you own a fairly recent vehicle that KIA considers to be a competitor to the Telluride, you get the incentive.
Thanks. Am I correct in thinking they also give an incentive current Kia owners, of which I am one? Plus a financing incentive.

I believe the loyalty incentive comes into play for current KIA owners. As I understand it, both are $1000. I've read that they are mutually exclusive (i.e. you can get one, but not both).

This is Correct

As much as I don’t like paying above invoice, I couldn’t wait 6+ months for the fever on the SX to die down in so cal. I got $1000 off MSRP, $1000 Competitive, $1500 Kia finance, and had mud flaps and trifold cargo mat thrown in. I also called Kia customer service and said I never received my Founders discount code, they sent me a letter stating that they’ll cover my first payment ($620) so in the end, I managed to get the car below invoice after all.

I had to ask Kia for the list as Kia.com doesn’t have the correct list for the Telluride. Here’s what was provided:

Acura, Telsa, Porche, Volvo, Land Rover, Alpha Romeo, Lexus, Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, Audi

I had a qualifying vehicle (Tesla Model S) to get the $1000

Congrats Tim, what colors did you end up going with? Also, when is your anticipated delivery?

I got a Moss Green, gray, SX, AWD with prestige... pretty much what I was looking for, but would have preferred black interior, but I’m warming up to the gray leather... it’s more puddy in color. I managed to negotiate on an in inventory unit. Jesse at Allstar Kia in San Bernardino was great!

You missed Honda. My CR-V qualified.

That’s great. The list was supplied to me by Kia customer service. You would think that they could have the correct list online. Good that dealers are being more flexible!!!!

I just bought a SX trim - no discounts other than what Kia offers, $1,500 financing and $1,000 conquest cash. They had marketed it up $1,300 over invoice so I got them to at least take that off.

There was a white board in one of the offices that had appointments on it. There were 5 appointments to see my telluride after me.

My dealer had a printed list. Not by just brand tho. Had to be a similar vehicle.

Congrats Tim. Glad it worked out. I'm still in the hunt.

Congrats Tim. Still waiting on my white SX AWD prestige. All the best.

SoCal loosening up a little? I'd take that deal now even though we all know things will be drastically different in 6-8 months. There is a dealer around hear (AZ) with 63 Sorentos on his lot. I hope no one is buying the Kia will restrict build numbers on the Telluride line a few dealers are pushing.....
