Yeah. They closed until Friday. Haven't seen anything about them opening back up Monday.I was told by my dear Georgia Plant is closed due to COVID-19.
No worries! By coincidence, our sales rep just sent us a screen shot showing our ETA has been pushed out to 05/25.Yeah. They closed until Friday. Haven't seen anything about them opening back up Monday.
And not sure why my site suddenly grabbed a bunch of old vins. Sorry for the misinformed excitement @bh26
It will be a year before I ever see that car!! Since 11/14 I’ve been waiting..No worries! By coincidence, our sales rep just sent us a screen shot showing our ETA has been pushed out to 05/25.
I am anxious and see next week if the new VINs produced will be for 2020 or 2021 model year (2021 VINs will have M as the 10th digit instead of L for 2020 model year).

Look again, those VINs being scrapped by @foresterh are old serial number (for example 5XYP34HC5LG024000 means the serial number is 24000). Those VINs are actually from June 2019. I guess @foresterh is scrapping those VINs to update his database.
If you look at my Google Sheet you will see when those old VINs were actually produced.

Nope, plant closed now until at least April 24th. Check other posts. There were 11 VINs added on 4/10/2020 with the most recent - a serial number ending in 90509. Those look to be new. If they are in fact new - then it does look like production is starting back up on Monday.

Thought it was interesting that all 11 were going to TX dealers. There were 11 VINs added on 4/10/2020 with the most recent - a serial number ending in 90509. Those look to be new. If they are in fact new - then it does look like production is starting back up on Monday.
About 200 VINs are on the list for 4/13. Is this a mistake?
Thank you. I got excited for a minute.....The site appears to be picking up older VINs that weren't in the database when the site was launched. I don't believe the database was ever fed with data prior to January. You can see that these VINs added are in the 24000 range - those would be June / July production.
Your dealer should be able to advise but the factory has been closed for weeks. Your eta should be towards the end of May now more realistically.New to the forum and soon to be owner of a new 2020 Telluride SXP, AWD, Snow White Pearl, or at least my wife is. We are both super excited. I looked up the VIN and shows it created April 2, and the dealer (Albuquerque NM) told me a May 11 delivery. So my question is...does that seem realistic and should I expect it to be on time? I saw the VIN of the Telluride I test drove, and it had a create date of March 13, and I test drove it on April 11, less than 30 days from the create date. So there is hope!!!!
That sounds like an awesome road trip. I'm jealous.I just have to say thank you. I'm a total data nerd and this database is epic. I'm traveling from Florida back home to Louisiana next weekend and was basically able to parse through every dealer along the way, see who possibly had what I was looking for, and contact them to check to see availability (knowing some probably sold or were orders). This is great in so many ways! The only thing I'd like to see is a couple ads on the page so you can start making money off of this.![]()
Kia of Muncie and nope no allocation yet. What dealership? Have you had an allocation assigned yet?
