I've followed the forum for a little while and after some info from the guys at Kia of Muncie I placed a deposit for a Nightfall SX-P with i25 Kia based on other glowing reviews on this forum. (Would have placed an order with Kia of Muncie but their waitlist was just a bit longer than works for me.)

Received an update that my order filled on the 18th and await more updates from the helpful people at i25 Kia.

Excited to be joining the many waiting for their VIN to pop up on Failcat. (Hence the avatar)

Their waitlist for SX-P was one year. I didn't inquire about other trims. I should note that the estimate may have been more a function of the previous limited allocations back in June and not based on the increased output recently. Always good to reach out to Jason and Lucas to confirm.

They were very upfront and helpful. I'll echo the sentiment of others on this forum that were it not for the wait time I would have likely bought from them just based on their responsiveness. I suppose I should shout out @StephenCantrelle as well. While I didn't contact him directly, his information on the forum was helpful in making my decision a better informed one.

I ordered from i25 Kia on 07/30, havent been told my order has filled yet, was told hopefully next month. Did you order yours on 08/03 and already have your order filled? Thats frustrating...

I ordered from I-25 Kia beginning of June. My order was just accepted by Kia last week. SXP and they will have the ETA this week.

When I checked a couple weeks ago I was 18th of 47. Then I called last a Friday to see if I made the August allocation and my order was indeed entered in KFOS. On schedule with what they told me early June of a October/November delivery.
I think I will be paying MSRP plus probably a dealer fee. You have any price commitment from them? I was told we could get whatever Kia financing was offering upon delivery.

How are they all so over the place, I dont understand the ordering system. Good grief.

Your timeline sounds right based on what i was told by them, I'm hoping to go into KFOS next month for December delivery. I am apparently 27th in line right now. Price-wise, Amanda over there said it was MSRP plus dealer doc fee of $695. Nothing in writing, just over the phone.

I'm in the same boat as you. My order isn't in KFOS yet but Amanda said the ETA was Sept/October. I believe she's referring to a VIN since that would be consistent with the Sept KFOS allocation.

Ohh ok good to know that we are hearing the same things. I was gonna call her to confirm, but if you are slated for Sept, then I should be too. They had a huge August allocation, I'm hoping September is the same. This whole process is crazy.

I waited through the June and July Allocation. So probably be a little bit until your order is in KFOS: their allocation is huge though so I think you made a good choice.

I was 61 before the August allocation and 27 after, so that's at least 34 allocations. If that trend continues and if you are 67 right now, you miiiiiiight squeeze into the October KFOS order. If that happens, based on what we are being told, you could be looking at a January ETA. But, like I have said it all seems like a crapshoot.

It looks like a lot of our orders may be moving up the order list in part due to increased production on Nightfall editions. That appears to be consistent with the experiences of others who ordered outside of i25.
Nightfall editions are being allocated at almost the same rate as other trims so they stand a decent chance of making the KFOS deadline (though it's possible everyone in-between has ordered Nightfall editions too).
