Canadian 2021 Telluride

Hopefully you hear some good news. I ordered mid September and I am still awaiting a VIN. Though the sales manager I was working with told me that someone ordered the same build as me (NF & GWP) three days prior and just got their "order filled" and would be expected in two weeks time from Georgia.

I am just hoping I get the car by the time December rolls around.

I called my dealer this week and she said I wouldn't get a VIN until it came into Toronto. From there, they ship it up to North Bay (about 3hrs North of T.O). It's been 4.5 weeks (sept. 14)and there's been no news. I assume you didn't get a Nightfall?

I did get a nightsky ( canadian name ). They were only able to tell me when it was on rail then at yard in Wolverton. They also knew when it was released to the trucking company and had Eta after that. Took 5 weeks & 2 days to arrive at dealership. Ordered Sept 8th and it arrived at dealership Oct 15th. I ordered blk on blk.

Ok. Weird thing happened. My dealership just called me, 5 minutes after I posted, and told me my telly is in at the dealership. I pick it up early next week!

Yes. Sx = orange drl

SX black copper. I’m a bit apprehensive about it but I’ll be the only one in the city with that colour. The salesperson said it looks ‘pretty much black’

I was first one in my city to get Black Copper in any trim, and it was a head turner at the dealer, customers and sales people wanted to come see it...

I was worried ordering it sight unseen, I was stressing out a couple weeks after I ordered it, but now, no regrets at all. Trust me, you are going to love it in the summer. In the winter, it's just a normal black which is nice too.

I have the perfect 3 pictures to show you what it actually looks like, the passenger side is the "Root Beer" and the drivers side is the "Black". Your sales guy has not seen it in the sunlight yet... that why he said "pretty much black"

No I didn't get the nightfall package. The sales manager is on vacation, text the salesmen person i was dealing with and no response, same with another sales manager. Well might have to do it the old fashion way and call them tomorrow.

Called up dealership and so far no real updates on our telluride. Sales guy said they are focusing on making the night sky and the sx limited are hard to come by right now. Told him I guess ill call him next month for another update.

So for my fellow Canadian drivers, anyone else besides us Calgary drivers get hammered with snow?

So far the wipers are pure shit, so looks like those will be getting replaced pretty quickly.

No snow yet. Why are wipers shit? Is it that they are difficult to lift when cleaning windshield or just, generally, crappy?

also, I thought the higher trims got better wipers.

From what I can see in the picture, there is some streaking and the wipers aren’t cleanly wiping the windshield.

@GreekWiz have you tried cleaning the wiper blade? Could just be dirty and creating poor contact with the windshield?
