• THIS SECTION IS ONLY FOR DISCUSSIONS RELATING TO BUYING A TELLURIDE. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT SECTION FOR POSTING MESSAGES ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN BUYING A TELLURIDE. THANK YOU!

  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 1.49% 65-month Financing I can refer you to my credit union for your Telluride purchase

I don't qualify for the DCU one. That said, if the OP's referral would make me eligible or if the OP is sending a referral to a different CU, I would like it please. Our Telluride is supposed to arrive March 9.
There are organizations that you can join for a $10 donation that would allow you to join DCU.

Me too please!

@bdotcom - Do you have any examples of ones that you know of?
Under Member eligibility, it lists this as one of the options. I believe you can join it when you submit your application to the credit union.

Reach Out for Schools – A non-profit membership organization that raises money to fund classrooms and programs that benefit students. Most of the funds that we raise are used to adopt classrooms through Adopt-a-Classroom and to fund projects through Donors Choose. These programs allow teachers to purchase classroom resources with donated funds. You may join this organization when you open your DCU membership.
Memberships start at $10

Don’t mean to takeover ur thread, just wanted to share as well (sharing is caring 😋), but if anyone is a Maryland resident near around Baltimore city/county, and surrounding areas (member requirements) check out first financial federal credit union for a rate of 1.49 at 60 months or the best rates yet that I’ve found are at Atlantic financial federal credit union rates 1.24 @ 72 months.

I’d like a referral also. Has anyone hear back from the OP? Or is it all getting DMd

Yes please! Very interested.

Message me if you would like a referral this credit union has been great. I have not been able to find anyone able to match or beat their rates. 1.24% up to 65 months on hybrid or all-electric as well.
Hey, shoot me that referral please and thank you!

All you have to do is pay to join an organization that makes you eligible. $10 to join Reach Out For Schools for example.

Just a heads up regarding the DCU referral program. I am currently a member of DCU and I asked them if they are still doing the referral program and they said no, it has been canceled. For those of you who want the take advantage of the cheap financing, go ahead and apply for membership to the credit union, apply for the loan and make sure you follow up with a call the day after to push the loan through. Keep in mind that the wait time is 1-2 hours due to the demand for these cheap loans but once you get someone on the line, they are helpful.

Website says 1.99% not 1.24% up to 65 months. Still pretty low. Does the 0.5% reduction happen when you do autopay or something?

Yes, I got the 1.99 this week. They did offer a reduction in rate if you did auto deposit of your paychecks but I declined that. They make it very easy to become a member (I was not) by offering some links to donate to some charities and then become eligible.
