Great! Then why are you still posting here? From the time you joined until now you could have ordered (below MSRP with Kia incentives) and taken delivery. Let us know how the Q7 works out... it's a fine vehicle. I have no vibration issues in SX-P with an August 5 build date. Vibration could possibly be transportation related.
I am now paranoid about this - thinking that every vibration I feel in the car (engine, road condition, engine growl from trucks and muscle cars around me) is coming from the driveshaft. For my peace of mind, would someone please explain: what does the driveshaft vibration feels like? Is it really noticeable? How do you tell if vibration is coming from the driveshaft and not from other sources?
Thanks.

Would like to know this answer as well. If someone could describe the vibration that they feel. Where they can feel it, etc?
Really elegant, refined vehicle. May it treat you well...I ended up getting a used XC90. Love it.
Rad! For some reason haven't seen it, maybe just haven't been looking.. but I will now bud, thanks!Looks like this
Oh wow..so many stupid and oblivious AWD owners...zero issues/vibration on mine, but then all I really know about cars is how to find the gas filler cap.....I get that your are pissed about your need to "swap" but maybe tamp down the Kia/Hyundai conspiracy talk until there is a flood of comments/issues here and elsewhere rather than a handful of owners with a problem. Is that not the point of a warranty in any case?G: I believe there are many Telluride AWDs with the vibration problem. Most people are oblivious to the issue and likely assume it's a characteristic rather than a defect.
Even Kia and Hyundai (Pallisade) dealers are selling them without repair after being told by their techs the vehicles on their lots have the vibration.
Speaking from personal experience, my dealer had at least four defective AWDs on their lot - mine and three others.
The owner and service manager were playing dumb. They admitted mine had a bad rear driveshaft and transfer case. They took another out of service when trying to find me a good one. Another, the vibration was twice as bad. The fourth started with a hum and then the vibration came along, worse than my original truck.
So, a combination of oblivious owners (no offense, not everyone is mechanically inclined) and greedy dealers = the illusion this problem isn't widespread.
Never said stupid, you did. As a founding member and follower of this thread, you cannot honestly say the dealers are truly interested in resolving this issue.
I've owned the following 4x4s/AWDs: 72 Chevy Blazer (lifted w/ 36" tires), 76 International Scout II (was 2WD, I converted it to 4WD. also lifted, etc.), 92 Ford Bronco, 2006 Subaru Impreza, Infiniti G35x, three different Ram 1500s, and a 2009 Toyota Highlander. Not a single one had a drivetrain issue like the Kia, ever.
It's 2019. Automobiles have been mass-produced since 1907 and the Ford Model T. For any modern vehicle to have issues such as the Telluvibe is pathetic.

So you are saying ALL mass produced cars nowaday should not have issues? Ok, name me a brand that does not have ANY issues. For any modern vehicle to have issues such as the Telluvibe is pathetic
