• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Canadian 2021 Telluride

I am not sure where you are located in Ontario but one of my local KIA dealerships currently has 15% off accessories. I picked up the split third-row cargo cover and a Thule rack this past week.

More info: Kia Parts Specials in Mississauga ON | Toronto Area - 401 Dixie Kia

Located in Oshawa but I do travel down to Hamilton every so often to see family. In terms of your two items, can I ask how much you paid for them?

I was trying to leverage that previous 10% off deal for some accessories that I was ordering with the car but my sales manager already was saying he gave me more then 10% off.

Here's the link to 401 Dixie Kia online quote system: Tire Wizard. I got 15% off these prices.

You might as well want to check out the main KIA site and you can search for dealerships closer to you. Tire Wizard Note: Prices are wildly different dealer to dealer it seems.

Question for those who mass emailed dealships to see who was willing to play ball. Do you have any tips as to what to put in the email. Or is it just a simple "this is the exact package/ accessories I want, what is the best price you can give me. I have emailed many dealers and plan on making contact with the best price" ???

if your in the GTA, I can always point you to my contact.

In addition, if you used redflagdeals, theres a thread that details what to write. Let me see if I can track it down.

Here's the thread, its a bit of a read but it outlines the template and some other useful information.

Email Bomb Technique

Cheers and good luck!

Thank you. I am in Northern Ontario (Sudbury) but drove down south to get our Mazda CX5 a few years back because it saved us over 1k. I would do it again if the savings were worth it. I am not overly familiar with Red flags except the grocery store flyers hahah I tried to search but I couldn't find anything.

I got 2K off the MSRP on 2020 back in Mar.

  • Picked up the dealer price from the APA membership.
  • Checked each (google/walkin) of the dealers in my vicinity 6-7 (to make sure if i were to deal with them long term its not going to be an issue)
  • Dropped separate emails asking for a a price with details. In the format that is available on the KIA online quote (include trade in details)
  • Took the best price and then sent the dealership of my Preference (choose one near my place and next to GO station so i can drop my car for service easily and they had good ratings). Asked them to match the price.

hey guys, just wondering with the Nightsky edition, do we get the premium headliner? For some reason I thought we didn't but reading the "Canadian Guidebook" it appears we do?

I don't believe it is an option similar to Nappa leather. FYI-I have the regular liner in my 2021 Dark Moss SXL Telluride Nightsky.

Question for my Canadian friends..

I been looking on the UVO App, and the myuvo.ca website, and I am looking for a way to schedule my remote start for winter, but am I wrong or do we not have that option?

I know our American friends do.

If they expect us to pay after the first 3 year (2021's, 5 years for 2020's), this has to be an option, otherwise this is kind of useless since we have the key fob start no?

I will be pretty disappointed if schedule remote start is not available considering the USA app has it, considering we also don't have Google/Alexa integration either, even though it's one of the options.

@GreekWiz , there is no such thing in Canada. Perhaps when they introduce a paid subscription, they will appear, but now there is none for any model.

you don't have the premium sued headliner that the states gets?

Nope, not on the current 2021 nightsky/fall edition in Canada.

Sorry meant to say the SX L model?
No worries. Yes, my understanding is that the premium headliner is available on the non-nightfall/sky edition.

Without side-tracking the discussion too much, does anyone know what the wait times are for delivery in Ontario? I put a down payment in first week of September and they told me the typical 90-120 days but, at the time, the salesperson said, “they were coming in quicker these days and might come sooner.”

Waiting is hard.

I didn't place an order yet but I was told 60-90 days.

I ordered a black nightsky in the beginning of August. VIN was provided 3 weeks ago. Dealer says it’s on rail from Georgia to Ontario. Hopefully I can get it in next week or 2. So 90 days is pretty good.

worth mentioning I originally ordered a white one with black as a 2nd option. Dealer put the black order in 2 weeks later and the black was still ready first. No word on white. So I guess your colour options matter.

I’m getting Black Cooper. I’m worried they take longer.
