Configurator: Why can't I choose Wolf Grey exterior or Gray/Dune Brown Nappa interior colors?

Apologies if this has been discussed before. I searched this forum (I think it's the most appropriate for this question) for "Wolf" and couldn't find anything relevant.

When trying to configure a 2022 Telluride SX AWD on the KIA site, no matter what I do, I can't seem to be able to select the Wolf Gray exterior or interior options Gray Nappa and Dune Brown Nappa. See screenshot below to see what I see. An X and they're just not selectable. Any idea why? I've tried different trims and different packages with the same result.

Same!!! I'd like to know this as well. Hope its a glitch or reconfig of the website? WG and Dune are my go choice and was planning on getting on the ordering list this weekend.

Been trying almost daily for the past week on different browsers and different computers, even Windows vs. Linux. All with the same result. I assumed it was a problem with the KIA site that affected everyone. Maybe it's location-specific?

By the way, I just noticed you're tagged as Authorized Dealer and, as you can see in my welcome thread (I a new here), Sal recommended I find authorized dealers in these forums. I just didn't (don't) know how. Can you please assist? I also tried to message/PM you, but can't. Not sure if that's because the forum doesn't have that feature, I'm too new to be able to or it's something you've disabled. Thanks in advance!

Select SX trim select sangria select AWD select prestige it will then ask you to pick another color and you can pick wolf gray. You can’t have nightfall selected or towing Dune brown auto selects for me after that. lol Welcome to the Matrix!!

How the heck did you discover this?!!?! It must have been a click-heavy night. And after all this sorcery, I still can't select Gray Nappa and see what it looks like in the configurator. I wonder if KIA even knows of this. Thank you!

I thought it wasn’t possible to do wolf and grey nappa. But I got a text yesterday from Salesman saying the order was accepted as he input it. So fingers crossed

Congrats. Sounds like a nice combo. Wish I found good photos or videos online.

If you don't mind sharing, was it a good deal? Local or are you traveling far to pick up or have it transported to you?

Local to me and agreed to sticker. No mark up. They tried. But I had a dealer in STL that was very quick to tell me they wouldn’t mark up. So I told my guy here. Especially in an ordered vehicle I have to wait on. I wasn’t paying over sticker

It’s a wolf grey. Nightfall. Prestige and towing. Should also have grey interior. Hopefully

You're probably on the same boat. I just wanted to ask for details of both dealers. At this point and with these crazy markups everywhere (Florida where I live is one of the worst), I am willing to consider flying anywhere and driving back or flying back and having the car transported here if I can get a deal like that. Some people have also reported getting $1K under MSRP through Costco, but I don't really understand how that works. But MSRP sounds pretty amazing already. (I never for a million years though I'd say that 2 years ago.)

No, because it isn’t an option with wolf gray. It was black only for MY 2021. For MY 2022, they added the ability to also get it in butterscotch or espresso brown (SX) and dune brown (SX with Prestige package). But gray is a no go with that exterior color.

That’s what I thought myself. Guess I’ll have to ask the salesman why he thinks the order went in and was accepted then. I asked twice even after that text from him
