Jesus Camargo at Royal Kia in Tucson was great. Quoted an accurate delivery time, order was correct, pricing was MSRP. No dealer addons, no bait and switch, honored his quoted trade in price, no surprise fees or addons at delivery. Paperwork was in order. Picked up and out the door in 90 minutes including the detailed vehicle walk through.

Dam - I hope that was not the White SX I am looking at right now. Doing my research about the dealer landed me here!

After reading your posts, making phone calls, etc etc, I put my deposit down today at both Muncie, IN and Hilltop in Cali. Experience with both Lucas and Lewis was great. Now the wait begins...

Holy crap I just started this journey and am also in San Diego. Is there really no dealerships within 100 miles that will do MSRP? I can't believe how far we have to go to get a black nightfall!! Good luck my friend!

I placed an order with Keri at Finnin Kia in Dubuque IA on October 30th - no mark-up over MSRP. They told me at the time it would be a 8-12 week wait. (SXP AWD White with black int. + tow) We were/are not in a hurry, so the wait was well worth it as our local Kia dealer (Gerald Kia of Naperville) was asking $3-4K over MSRP. This has been the best dealer experience I have ever had. The Finnin team has been communicating with me throughout the process - updating me on estimated delivery dates. The owner (April Finnin) is even texting me updates. On Jan 12th they emailed me the window sticker of my vehicle. On Monday 1/25, they told me my vehicle has left Georgia and is being shipped to IA! I will wait for a final review of Finnin, but so far everything has been going great. Can't wait to pick up our vehicle. Assuming I can get my vehicle within the next week or so, we will be a week beyond the 12 week estimate.

I picked up my Telluride yesterday from Finnin Kia. Awesome experience. The charged me MSRP plus $150 processing fee. Car was ready to go when I arrived. This was the best car buying experience of my life. I would drive the 3 hours again to buy another car from Finnin. Keri was fantastic and spent quite a bit of time reviewing & helping us set up the car electronics. Drove the car home in the snow! Can't say enough great things about our experience. Placed order 10/30/20 - Picked Up 2/11/21.

Just got an SXP Nightfall GWP with the Dune brown interior at Jeff wyler Kia in Batavia, OH (East Cincinnati). They have a wolf Grey SXP Nightfall coming too. They charge MSRP and do a paper commitment with no deposit for you to get it when it gets there. Which should be Thursday or Friday this week! Incase anyone is looking for that!

Looks like that WG vehicle is there now. You had a better experience with Wyler than we did. We bought a SXP GWP/Dune at the Fairfield Wyler that had just came off of truck and we overplayed for sure, but I wanted it. $3,000 over MSRP. Wouldn’t budge. They try to sell all types of paint protection and extras as well. Nice people, but not sure how you got at MSRP

I purchased my Telluride S FWD from Paramount Kia of Asheville from Michael Cole. It was an awesome experience. I live in SC and had not-so-good experiences at the two local Kia dealers. I was going to order the Everlasting Silver through my local Kia, but they wanted a NR $1K down, $1999 markup over MSRP and $499 for an ELO GPS that they stated was mandatory.

However, I told them I would need to confirm my rate and financing with my bank before I give them $1000. I went home to do research and found the exact car I wanted in Asheville, NC. I sent a message online and within 10 minutes, Michael reached out to me. This was a Saturday. I went back and forth with him regarding price after the first quote he sent me, but got it down to a price that I was OK with. They waited for me while I secured financing from my CU and when I explained that it was hard for me to find someone to drive me there to pick up the vehicle, Michael came to SC and picked me up. I was in the dealership for about 10 minutes signing paper and spent about 10 minutes with the product specialist, Alisha, going over the car's features. I was on the road about 5 minutes after that.

If I could, I would drive the 2 and a half hours just to get my oil changed there.

Are the dealers you had not so great experiences with the 2 in Charleston?

Carolina Kia in High Point North Carolina. Worked with Steve Holt and am now driving a GG SXP + tow. Selling at MSRP, no addendums, no add on nonsense, everything was exactly as we discussed from the start. He even had them hand wash it before delivery as I told him to skip the wash as I didn't want the paint messed up. Not the highest volume dealer. I placed an order in November, he called me in December to tell me the exact car I wanted showed up on the list to be delivered in mid February, so I put my name on that one, took delivery yesterday. They also include a lifetime powertrain warranty on all cars they sell, at no charge. Just have to have the service and upkeep documented. Didn't pay for it, so all good.

Sounds Encouraging! I placed an order from Carolina Kia in High Point in November and good to know they are standing by their word! I'm still waiting for my VIN to hit failcat!

My local dealers were Columbia. I could not find the car I wanted in Charleston.

I honestly haven't called any in San Diego based on what I've read here. At one point, Weseloh in Carlsbad was doing MSRP, but it seems that ship has sailed. I'm planning on making the drive from Indiana, even with gas, hotels, and airfare there, I still get out under MSRP. But it is a loooong drive...Maybe Tucson or Oakland will come through quicker.

All good things about Lucas and Muncie; I live in N. Indiana so made a two hour drive, all went well, costco discount. Still very happy with purchase 2 1/2 mo. later. I know you weren't addressing this to me, just jumped in b/c I'm part of the Kia Muncie customer base. Mine was Black Copper/Dune.

Folks ... if you are looking for a Telly at MSRP...I want to provide an endorsement for Chris Huth (678 918-6119) at Matthews Kia at Catersville (45-50 minutes north of metro Atlanta).
I came across his info on this forum, contacted him and put a deposit down Mid December. He kept me informed when the order was accepted by KIA, when the car was getting built and an ETA. It arrived yesterday in a short 2 months since ordering.
His service during pickup was even better. He and his team gave me a stellar price on my trade-in and matched the highest offer I had via VROOM. His finance team was not pushy at all about the extended warranty, car maintenance services, etc.
In 2 hrs time, I was out the door with the new ride.
Can’t recommend Chris and his team enough. Most other dealers in Metro Atlanta are not only hawks but even those offering a Telly at MSRP don’t care to provide a pleasant service.

Wanted to share my experience with Tod Craft (847-324-5884) and Mackenzie Wade (847-324-5875) at Kia of Lincolnwood (Illinois). Located only a few blocks outside the northern border of Chicago and only a couple miles from my home. Reached out to price a custom build Telly with the specs below and Tod got back to me same day with MSRP pricing. Only additions were $303.60 document fee (standard in IL) and $25 CVR fee plus Title, Tax and Registration. Since the kdealer/KFOS is still down we signed a contract the old fashioned way. $1,000 refundable deposit.

Yea Chris has been good to work with. He reached out on his own giving an update about every 2 weeks. I ordered mine on 12/10, last update from him was an ETA of 2/10. Not bad considering I’m seeing folks wait anywhere from 4-6 months.

Congratulations on your new car. Also lucky you that you got frequent update from him and ETA. I put down deposit since early-mid Jan, but had not heard back from him since then, until a little over 4 weeks after my deposit, I contacted him but no update or ETA still.

Hi team- Anyone know of a dealer in the Pacific Northwest willing to order at MSRP with no markup or extra add ons? We're in Seattle. Looking for an EX AWD + Premium in Moss with black interior. Someone on the forum mentioned they ordered at MSRP from the dealership in Kirkland, but they said they stopped that over a month ago and now have a markup. We don't mind waiting for the right car at the right price. Thanks in advance for leads!
